Each of our departments is geared to make your job easier.
Customer Service
Our customer service department is
designed to be your single point of contact for all your current projects. Our
customer service representatives are here to answer your questions and provide
you with the information necessary to easily manage your projects. Each morning,
the customer service staff meets with production managers to review each project
and exchange information. All during the day, the projects are followed through
production so that accurate, up-to-date information can be provided for each of
your products.
Printing Department
Prepress Services

You can count on our Prepress
department to provide proofs quickly and accurately. We offer electronic
transfer of art files and can accept a variety of formats and media (see equipment list for
details). We reduce proof approval
turn-around times for many of our clients through electronically delivered
digital proofs. The Prepress department uses a digital workflow to output direct
to plate which streamlines
its processes and provides superior service.
Press Services
Using a variety of presses, we
provide a wide range of print options (see equipment list for
details). From one color to eight colors, envelopes, forms, inserts, newsletters
and more, we can produce your printed pieces in house to meet your schedule. We
produce forms roll-to-roll or in stacks and can produce up to 22" forms.
Our GTO enables us to print on coated stock to meet your brochure and postcard
needs. Our high-speed flexo envelope converting and Jet Envelope presses enable us to produce your
envelopes in house to meet your scheduling requirements.
Bindery Services
In keeping with our
"under-one-roof" philosophy, our bindery services meet a number of
bindery needs. These include gate, booklet and right-angle folding,
cutting, bursting, Bowe, with up to two components together. (see equipment list for
details).
Personalization Department
Data Services
Utilizing a mix of off-the-shelf
and in-house custom programs, our dedicated programming staff has the tools
necessary to serve your data processing needs (see equipment list for
details). Our FirstLogic software meets your CASS certification,
duplicate elimination and presorting needs. Our custom programs are designed to
handle a number of industry standard operations, including mailcode
assignment
and complex test splits. In the event that you have a one-of-a-kind program or
project, our applications programmers have the ability to tailor programs to
your specific needs.
Our services now include data management, caging, and fulfillment through our
merger with International Data Management.
Laser Personalization

Whether you have forms up to 22
inches long and up to 17 inches wide; labels or envelopes to be personalized and
converted, our laser staff can meet your laser personalization needs. We offer
continuous form simplex and duplex printing. We can process fold-to-fold,
roll-to-fold, roll-to-roll and roll-to-Bowe.

We personalize images and signatures (up to 600 dpi) as well as text and barcodes, including Postnet, Planet Code, 3of9, and Code 128. Text and images can be rotated by
single degree increments.
Inkjet Personalization
Our Inkjet department offers a
choice of resolutions (240 to 600 dpi) and print head sizes (1", multiple
1", and 4" heads). Images, signatures and special mock cancellations
can all be done on our inkjet equipment. We also have inkjets equipped
with multiple ink colors and inline Post-It Note (see equipment list for details). We equip
our inkjets with dryers for gloss stock personalization.
Lettershop Department
Finishing Services
Within our Lettershop Department
we offer a number of finishing services. Our Cheshire
bases can be configured for affixing stamps, labels, stickers, coins, or
post-notes. Our tabbing machines handle the variety of unwind directions and tab
types. Our Label-Air affixes cards and large stickers.
Inserting Services

Our insertion equipment can handle
a number of package formats, from a number 7 envelope up to 9" by
12" flat. Our hand insertion area processes those projects that require
special handling. We also have inserters which handle up to 12 inserts (see equipment list for details). The
quality control staff checks insertion order before an inserter begins production
and will take QC pulls to verify that the project is inserting correctly. All
projects are inserted in presort order; special presort sortations such as
BMC and SCF.
Delivery Services
Our in-house Detached Mail Unit allows us to
verify mail quickly and enter it into the mail stream. Once Standard Mail leaves our
docks, it goes directly to the Greensboro, NC BMC for processing. We also
provide trucking services for those projects that require BMC presorts or
delivery to specific SCFs. For any postal questions, please
