In 1989, I had a major problem. At that time in my life, I was working as an agent for several direct mail marketing organizations. I placed printing, personalization and mailing services with vendors who made promises and had good intentions, but did not help control schedule and quality. It was then that I decided, in order to stay in business, it made more sense to offer my clients a full-service, under-one-roof solution to their direct mail production needs.
